Our experiance was phenomenal, especially the sales staff not being pushy.

Keely is a very nice person, and to be a dealer, she provides all the information for me and not pushing me on buying the car. also trying so hard to help me to get the keypad code, I really appreciate that. And Michael Who is really nice to talking with when buying the car. For all, Sherwood Honda is a really nice car dealership.

Wait times are atrocious at this location for a simple oil change. I have had repeated issues where I have made an appointment for servicing, come in for the booked time, and not have my car serviced until an hour or two later! What is the point of making an appointment? Update: I was compensated for my long wait time. I was considering never coming back but I was happy with the customer service provided for an issue caused by a communication error. It is unfortunate that my last two visits were also marred by the same issue.

Very good sales rep. She knew what I was looking for. Was greeted very well. Even after the sales some minor issues were handled with great customer satisfaction. Overall excellent service provided by Keely. I would come back in near future for my next vehicle.

Sherwood Honda is the best place to buy and maintain your honda! Purchased my car here in the summer of 2013, they went the extra mile to get me the car I wanted. almost all of my service and maintenance work done here and the staff go the extra mile to work with my busy schedule, even so far as to stay an extra 3 hours on a Saturday so I could be on the road for work the following Monday. Anyone interested in buying a new or used Honda should stop in because they "sherwood" go the extra mile!

worst post sales service. bought a 2007 honda crv and its ac is not functioning . i bought it on January of this year, i had to move to b c for work. when i reach here , i turn on a/c it is found to be broken , call the sales manager for help . he neglected my concern .
