I had been searching for a used 2012/13 Audi Q7 here in Ontario and couldn’t find one so I expanded to a national search. Behold, I found one at Sherwood Honda. I called and was put through to Robert Siffledeen. I asked Robert to work out his best deal for me as there were extra expenses to get this vehicle shipped. Robert said that he would give me a call the next day. I wasn’t sure how serious he would take me knowing that I was in Ontario. Well, the next day, Robert beat my expectations and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. I made arrangement for my sister and brother-in–law to meet up with Robert at the dealership the next day (which I found out after the fact was Robert’s scheduled day off) to test-drive this vehicle on our behalf. The vehicle Shewood Honda presented was amazing. Upon completion of the test drive, I purchased the vehicle. Within one week, we had our vehicle at our door. One problem, the Original Bill of Sale and the Alberta Title were missing. The transportation company had misplaced them. I called Robert to inform him that these documents were missing. He said no problem, he had a spare Bill of Sale and he would go to the ministry office the next day (again,this was his scheduled day off) to get a replacement Title and would courier it so we could plate it here in Ontario. 2 days later, all documents arrived and we are enjoying our new vehicle. Thank you! Side note: The vehicle was traded into Sherwood Honda with only one key/fab. Robert tracked down the original owner on our behalf and has arranged for the spare key to be dropped off at the dealership. Once again, Thanks ROBERT!!!!!

The Ultimate Experiance at Sherwood Honda

In dealing with the salespeople (Danielle and Cyndi) I have never felt pressured, all my questions over the last year or so were answered, they were polite and made you feel as if you were dealing with a close friend instead of someone you met a few days before. All of the staff from the girl at the front desk to the sales manager (Brandi) made a effort to talk to you on a level that made you feel comfortable and willing to stay around. Because of this I decided to buy a new Honda for my daughter (she is making some of the payments) at this dealership. Once the deal was done everyone made sure that my daughter understood everything about the options on her car, with Cyndi taking a extra 45 minutes or so on a one on one basis to ensure that she understood everything and was able to connect her phone to the vehicle. All programming and financing was explained prior to signing in such a way that it was easy to understand and made you feel comfortable with signing for that much money. They told us that the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day and it was. The next day Cyndi called to make sure that everything was OK. We received a few more calls from the service dept to the sales department to ensure that our extra parts were there and to ensure that everything was going fine on the vehicle, and should we have any issues to come in and they would go through everything with us. I have been buying a new vehicle every 3-4 years and have never had the salespeople go through the options with me. My Dodge truck has many of the same options as my daughters car and to date I still have not figured out how to hook up or use some of the features so for Cyndi to take that time was a new high for us. We had a older Honda that we started to get serviced by Sherwood Honda and all of the work was done properly and was explained to us along with things that needed to be done in the future. These experiences and the friendliness of the sales staff was the reason we bought our new vehicle there and we are considering buying our next vehicle there as well. SO in conclusion my experience with Cyndi and Danielle is 110% and I plan on doing more business with them in the future.

5 years ago I bought a used Honda for my 16 year old daughter and over the last few years started to use Sherwood Honda more and more. I would look at the new vehicles and Cyndi and Danielle would take the time to talk to me even though they knew that I had no interest at that time to buy. Last week I decided to buy, and by the end of the day my daughter was driving her new car. No pressure at all, very competitive pricing and they took the extra time to explain the options and even help my daughter connect her phone to the system. I buy a new vehicle every couple of years and have never had a salesperson take the time to explain the options or to help me work them so I highly recommend them.

wonderful with no complications

Tha first salesperson was unable to help us. Jimmy came up to us and asked if we needed help. We told him about the car we saw on the web site. He found that the car had been sold but there was another one for the same price. We bought it immediately. Jimmy is very nice and we enjoyed the car buying experience with him. The car didn't start because the battery was dead. Jimmy told us the car was on the lot for a long time without being started.. We trusted Jimmy and bought a car that didn't start and without test driving. It was a cash deal.. You don't spend $15000 cash like that without trusting your salesperson. He was wonderful.

Went there for my new honda accord because a friend recommended this honda dealership since their customer service is amazing! Cindy helped us and explained everything to us perfectly !! She was very helpful, polite and extremely upfront about the prices And interest rates and everything. That kind of quality is extremely hard to find in a car dealership! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a new car or want to trade their car in! They gave us top dollar for our trade as well!!

it was good, in and out ….like a crack house, i wish i could have won on my lotto ticket though, but i didn't, then i went home and bought another one, because i felt lucky, but i checked it the next day and i didn't win, but whatever, i didn't expect to win….. so in all my experience at sherwood honda was good.
