Service at Sherwood Honda is above and beyond expectations!!

Every time I take my car in to Sherwood Honda, I am treated to great service, on time, with great coffee, and with a complimentary car wash. They have numerous times actually done things for my car and not even charged me. (tire swapping, tire repairs, fixing missing grommets in trunk or bumper mount) Fantastic.

I'm a longtime customer of Sherwood Honda, during my last service visit I told Carolyn I was unable to pick up my car as unable to drive due to medical issues and needed to wait for a friend to help me.Carolyn went above and beyond and arranged for me to pay over the phone and arranged for my CRV to get delivered to the house. Exceptional service.

Convienient

I was able to drop off my vehicle earlier than my scheduled appointment and have it finished before then as well, the carpool shuttle service helped me get to where I needed in the meantime. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff this is why they are my number 1 choice when my Honda needs work done, also my cost was under the estimate so yet again another welcome surprise :)

I came in for a wiper arm and blade replacement on top of an oil change. Kara was excellent at helping me get the parts in a timely manner and that my car was in and out of the shop in under 30 mins. Thanks Kara

The Honda CRV is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have 257000 Km on it and they say it will go to 500000 km. At 67 years old I may not need to purchase another vehicle. Thank you
