Had brakes checked along with suspension. No changes made. Headlights adjusted. coffee was supplied by the service writer, and updates on vehicle work being done. Very pleasant lady and very professional.. An asset to the dealership for sure..

I had an appointment for a regular service first thing in morning. I was promised my vehicle within 2hrs and the service department delivered. The customer service at Sherwood Honda is the best I have experienced. They do the little things like washing your vehicle. Customer service is a priority at Sherwood Honda and you can definitely see and feel it.

I continue to enjoy the experience of going to Sherwood Honda with the staff being able to know my needs, give a prompt turnaround and offer assistance before I ask. The staff offer not only what I ask for, but will offer suggestions for future needs. May change vehicles but I will not be changing where I get excellent customer service.
