Helpful, honest and great customer service

After weeks of trying to find the used vehicle I was looking for, I finally found it at Sherwood Honda. The first night I went into Sherwood Honda, I didn’t realize that they were going to be closing in a couple minutes – but they still were so accommodating and let me go out and look at the vehicle. They offered to let me test drive it then, but I didn’t want to keep them – and they offered to hold it for me until the next night when I was off work (without a deposit or anything, just good faith that I’d come back and look at it again). I was so floored by their kindness, as most dealerships pushed a deposit on me. When I came back the next evening, our sales person Robert even brought the Jeep inside for us to look at because it had already gotten dark out. He showed us the Carproof too. Then he gave us the keys and let us take it for a drive around the area. We ended up buying the Jeep and they gave us a great deal. I love it! Not only was our experience with Sherwood Honda, Robert and their sales manager so much different than all of the other dealerships we had gone to – but it was by far the easiest. They were open, honest and didn’t pressure us. And it made a huge difference to me to buy my vehicle from friendly and honest people like the ones at Sherwood Honda – we will definitely be going back for our next vehicle!

I brought my daughter's car in with a unique problem and during the course of my interaction with several people at Sherwood Honda - had an amazing experience. From the time I walked in the service door until I picked the car up, everyone was helpful, very positive, knowledgeable about potential issues and focused on trying to solve my problems - and surprisingly - in the most cost effective manner possible. ( I say surprisingly I'm sure alot of us have this perception that dealers are very expensive shops to take your cars to..) When we ran into a snag after the first "repair" everyone went out of their way to keep things moving forward and to ensure myself and my daughter were well informed of our options and how Sherwood Honda was going to help. Special thanks to Laura who helped get me out the door and Natalie (sorry might be Nicole) who looked after everything at the start.

Jimmie was helpful, patient, answered all my questions respectfully, and made me feel comfortable. He provided me with options and available plans, but accepted my decisions without re-visiting the issue and pressuring me. Much appreciated.
