Every thing was just perfect when I did business there in Sherwood Honda. One unforgettable thing was that salesperson who known my language, that was a truly surprising experience.

Buying our Pilot was a painless experience!

Dylan did an amazing job of getting us into our 2016 Pilot. He is knowledgeable and professional. He ordered our desired colour and it arrived in a very timely manner. The finance end of things was a bit rough around the edges. Not a huge deal. We were told it was because we did a one pay lease and it isn't done very often. Like I said though, no big deal! It all got worked out.

Amazing first time buyer experience

This was my first time buying a new car and I had a great experience doing it at Sherwood Honda. I initially came to compare an offer I received from another Honda dealer. Sherwood Honda not only offered me a better deal on the car, but they gave me a higher level of customer service. The negotiating process was made comfortable by my attentive salesperson Keneel and the knowledgable manager Hoang. I even met with the General Manager Quinn to finalize the deal. Overall, I had a great experience at Sherwood Honda and would recommend anyone to come here!

We bought our Odyssey 2015 here. Though we live in the south side of the city, and it takes us 30 minutes to drive here, the experience so far still proves very worthwhile. The purchase experience was pleasant. You could tell Marv, the sale manager, was doing his best to earn your business. The service experience was terrific as well. Martin, the service manger, is a very customer-oriented guy, trying to go extra miles to make his customer happy. Our family is very fond of Sherwood Honda.

Best car buying experience!

My car shopping experience started 3 weeks prior to me ending up at Sherwood Honda. I went to many different dealerships where I was swarmed by pushy salesmen, or with salesmen who didn't seem to be confident in the knowledge they had on the vehicles. I had even called prior to arriving at 2 seperate dealerships where I had set up viewings on a couple pre-owned vehicles, and found out they werent even at their lot once I arrived. Anyways I went to Sherwood Honda on a Sunday to speak with Doug on a pre-owned ford I had seen on Kijiji. Though Doug was busy he introduced my boyfriend and I to Robert Siffledeen the finance manager. Robert listened to exactly what I was looking in a vehicle and we test drove 2 cars and fell in love with the second we drove. To be honest after all my bad experiences at other dealerships and my last car I bought new I was taken advantage of on and lost alot of money, so I didn't have much faith in sales men and the thought of buying a vehicle made me terribly anxious. Little did I know that was about to be restored, Robert was relaxed and completely honest I was comfortable with him from the start. After my text drive on the second vehicle we were ready to talk numbers, we sat down with Robert he was an open book we were able to negotiate a great deal on the car. Bad news was I live in Spruce Grove and on Sunday afternoon the banks are closed and I wouldn't be able to pick the car up that week because I was without a vehicle and my boyfriend was going out of town for work the next day. But Robert made it work for us by setting up financing over the phone, personally delivering the car to my home in Spruce Grove the following Tuesday. Everything went through with the bank just as we had agreed upon, and my faith was restored back into vehicle salesmen. I really cannot express how relieved I feel to have met Robert that day and found my car! He not only made everything work out for me and my complicated situation but his honestly and knowledge on every question especially regarding pricing made me feel excited and comfortable buying a vehicle again. Plus hes positivity and upbeat personality is contagious. Needless to say I know where we will be buying out next vehicles from now on! Thanks a million Robert!!

Jimmy was attentive, professional and personable. He took his time and didn't pressure us. All in all, we had a great buying experience. I would definitely recommend Jimmy to others looking to buy a Honda.
