I had them at 1 star review last week, and 5 star this week... Feb 24, 2018 booked an appointment for oil change online at 9, after few minutes received a call that spot was taken and moved to 11am, i agreed... on the day of appointment, came in on time, was informed they are behind more than an hour, advised to leave the car, i refused, rebooked appointment, staff apologizes for the instance, i know it's not their fault, but yeah it was the first time to visit the service department, not a good impression for the first one, hopefully they'll be on time on the rebooked appointment, and probably not to take walk ins when they knew it will mess the time for the people with appointments.. Feb 27 : receive a call from Michael (asst service manager), saw my review about what happened on the 24th, and apologizes, and reassures that i'll be a accommodated on time and will save a spot on my appointment that my car can get an oil change as fast as possible. March 2: Receive a call again from Michael, and informed me that I still have a bunch of free oil change on my account, and offered me a complimentary free tire rotation service for a year. March 3: went to SMP service on time, i noticed 2 personnel kinda waiting for me, went in, and directly approach by Marshall ( Service Advisor), have me seated and apologizes for the Feb 24 instance, and acknowledge giving them a chance to make it up, explained what will be done, staff was accommodating offered coffee and donuts, .. in around 30mins from my appointment i was approach my Marshall that oil and oil filter change is done. Marshall offered me also a complimentary Car Wash and Detailing, which am gonna use it when weather calms down :) They definitely put up a great teamwork, to solve the customer concerns, to make up on some bad instances, to offer the best services to a customer as they can.. Definitely thanks to Michael for looking out to handle customer concerns, and to Marshall for taking care of everything when i stepped foot in SMP Service Department Definitely am going back...

Working with Dan B @ SMP is always a pleasure. He is an absolute professional, as are the people he has on his team. I am thankful that we have been able to find a couple of vehicles that suited our families needs perfectly while working with Dan!

I would like to extend many kudos to SMP; namely Steve, Brandon, Dean and Mel for their excellent service in helping me secure the purchase of my new Corvette. The courtesy was exceptional and Steve was very accommodating in ensuring my car was carefully delivered. I appreciate all of Steve’s efforts throughout the process as I recover from surgery. 2018 Chevy Colorado

My 2018 Chevy Colorado had some issues which took a while to fix. The issue was finally resolved under warranty and the vehicle has performed well since then. The people concerned were helpful in alleviating my concerns about the new vehicle, and I appreciated the rental that I had for a few days.

Dan Barrett was an awesome sales rep but I am disappointed in GM corporate for producing a vehicle, even base model, with no cruise control and no ability to add a factory cruise control. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this aspect.
