the reason smp cannot find me in their system is because it was my fiancé who bought a new truck and our experience was terrible. We have contacted the manager at one point and he told us that there's nothing he can do, that we're just the "1%" that end up having a bad experience.

We went in to SMP from out of town and we dealt with Jami. She was awesome from the moment she introduced herself to us. Although we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle that day (to no fault of her own) she was very thorough and helped us try out a few different vehicles. She was very upfront about the cost and paymenta etc. Worked with us to try and find the best match. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Smp had great customer service. Everyone we dealt with was awesome to deal with over the phone for most part! And Jami was awesome to work with, she even went out of her way and came to Prince Albert to meet us and finalize everything when things didn’t work out in Saskatoon for us on multiple occasions! I am very happy with my vehicle purchase! I would recommend others to them �

Purchased A 2018 Cruze. Great conversation with the sales person Marc Perrault and his managers regarding leasing vs financing. Love my car very happy with the service and great experience from sale to my time in the finace managers office. I Highly recommend.
