Phil was an amazing person from the very beginning until the end when we received our truck! He was courteous and always willing to help! Whenever we had a question he was quick to get us an answer! Phil is a definite asset to SMP, he even went the extra 375 miles to help us out on his day off! I will definitely be referring Phil to my friends and family!

wow!!!! what can I say about SMP...... wonderful customer service!!!! just bought a new car from one of the most personable salesmen I've ever met - I highly recommend Phillip Li!!!! The entire staff at SMP was professional and extremely friendly..... I thoroughly enjoyed the whole car buying experience - thanks for everything!!

I am not one to leave reviews on such public forums but I did feel it necessary to share my experience at SMP. I don’t want this to sound like an exaggeration but if I could give 10 stars on the customer service, I would! I drove into the lot to browse vehicles minutes before closing and I was greated by Aaron who was incredibly, kind, enthusiastic and most importantly he was patient. Personally as a woman I find it slightly intimidating to venture through dealerships browsing for vehicles I know little about (I know I should do my homework but was on a time crunch and needed a new vehicle as soon as possible). He made it noticeably important to prioritize that I find a dependable vehicle that I not only felt comfortable in but had all the features I was looking for. Thank you very much for your assistance!
