Great experience, when I was considering another dealership our salesman Jeff Brown made it tough to walk away and glad I didn't from salesman to finance to sales manager SMP made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

Excellent service I highly recommend going to smp. Phillip sold me my truck and he worked with me and the sales manager to get me the best deal I could get. They sold me the truck at an amazing price with 0% interest. And they even threw in a levelling kit! Amazing service before and well after the purchase. Would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see Phillip, he treats you like a friend and not just a sale. And I’m loving my new Silverado!

Bad.bad bad...rip off. Minus 10! avoid the place..sold me a truck with issues within 3 months with warranty..and still charged me 300 dollars. and not finding a problem..DO NOT RECOMEND. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE !!!! prepare!!! any time you bring a vehicles..they want your money. ps. ive tried to post without a star. won't let me..so beat it. they don't deserve it even one star !!!!!

Hi Alex, electrical issues are often difficult to diagnose, often intermittent and this is one of our biggest frustrations as well because the vehicle can function 100% normal at one moment and the next go on the fritz. Unfortunately, this is what occurred in your situation. During our diagnosis process on your truck we weren't able to get the electrical problem to reoccur in order to diagnose the issue. In a case like this, the warranty company considers it "no fault found" and they don't cover the diagnosis. This is frustrating for us as well, because then everyone's left hanging and no solution is found, which is the last thing we want for our customers. Can you stop back in when it is happening so that we can diagnose and fix it? We want to make sure that you are taken care of & fully satisfied.

I bought 2016 Dodge Caravan Crew Plus and I had a great experience through the whole process. Their website was so easy to navigate and you can easily find what you are looking for. The best part was they trade my 2015 Trax in a very generous price. It was an easy process from start to end. Sales agent Aaron was outstanding! He was their to assist and guide me through every step of the process. I am very happy with my purchased and will definitely come back!

I went in to SMP after driving my 2014 equinox for two years. My equinox was bought from there as well. Randy was my salesman and he was awesome. The finance manager I had was awesome as well. He came in on his day off so I could sign papers. Both associates did their best to keep me within my means and I felt like I was important to them. Thanks SMP
