Had a very good experience. Found a car I was interested in. I phoned and asked if the vehicle was still available and set up a test drive. Met with Dan Barrett and test drove the vehicle and then discussed trade in and price etc. I took the evening to think about it. We came to an agreement the next afternoon and I drove away in a new car. I did not feel pressured. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from SMP. I’ve always been pleased with there service department and shuttle service too.
