tried to contact dealership twice on Wednesday...no answer...leave message..did not next day was directed to scheduling coordinator who had sent email and mail about service being due...no answer...left message no response that day...called dealership next day ...sent to coordinator ...leave message....hung up...called main desk again...no answer...called again 30min later...told person i did not want to talk to scheduling...told very sorry but short of staff...i said then put me though to service department...who handled the booking immediately....service was completed on time and well. I have had a Honda since 1978 bought from this dealership and will buy another...but it is insane to not have a backup process if a person is missing or are short staffed...if you know there is a issue then the calls should be rerouted to the service department.

I was reminded twice by e-mail and once by phone message about my appointment. Yet when I arrived on time my car did not enter the bay until an hour and fifteen minutes later. Now I understand things happen and delays can occur, but what irked me was the reason given. I was told a lot of people were in for tire rotation. Did they not make an appointment like I did. Did they come off the street and jump the line. C'mon, that was a very lame excuse. I felt insulted by that explanation but will get over it. Roger Chevrier

very good service even though garage was very busy. The rattle has been fixed. I am always pleased with the service at Palladino's over a period of 14 years.

Palladio Honda installed rack and pinion assy,install front rotors and pad, cleaned up rear brake shoes. Installed 4 new tires supplied by Palladio. Dissapointed in the $89.99 fee to Ballance and install tires on the car. All local tire shops includes Ballance and installation at no cost.
