Our service was a good experience. The service rep explained to us the parts needed and the price. Only thing since our service our miles per gallon rate never changes. It remains at 7.9 whether you fill with gas or change your driving style.

Honda did everything they said they would and the tires were exactly what they quoted. As always, I appreciate their professionalism and how even in one of their busiest times the car was ready when they said it would be.

I'm not sure if the technician drove my truck to hear the noise as it still remains. I was told, the panel is as designed. For reference, my 2003 CR-V doesn't sound this bad. Upon arriving home after the appointment to eliminate the noise, I wedged some foam between the truck's console and the panel. I await your response. Joe

The service rep was efficient ,had the details of what I needed done in her computer when I got there and they got not only all the work I had asked for done in a reasonable length of time but they also did a recall item that needed done, saving me another trip in. This was all done at a reasonable price. The place is clean. There are a variety of free drinks and comfortable seats to sit in . I have had nothing but good service at this service centre.

Did the job that needed to be done. Fealt a bit pressured to get things serviced that hasnt been giving us any issues, but nice to know for the simple fact that we know these repairs will be necessary in near future.
