I had an appointment to get the winter tires and wheels changed to summer tires and wheels. I was told up front that the shop was running late. This posed no problem for me as I am retired. I was impressed with the fact that all the service advisers kept all the customers informed and calm .In the end the delays were fairly minimal .It confirmed that the shop is as efficient as the rest of the dealership

Honda had my car all day I dropped it off at 8:00 and I was picking it up at 3:30. At 3:30 I was on my way to get my car and I received a text that they hadn't even looked at my car yet.

scheduled appointment was 1hour and 45 minutes late. Cost of service to high. Quote on brake service to high. Half the cost at CT for same quality rotors. Buying another Honda questionable.
