Fairly good service

It seems to always be quite pricey when I get my car serviced with you. They always find extra work to do and, quite frankly, I never know how much of it is legitimate. I don't think they're making any of it up but I am often left with the feeling that something they recommend is something I could easily skip without having any problems. The people are friendly and the service is done well, but the inevitable upselling means I always leave feeling like I've had a less-than-excellent experience.

Amazing car buying experience

My husband and I were upgrading from a small car to something more family friendly. Rob Shea was our salesman and he was extremely helpful. He didn't try to upsell us and truly had our best interest in mind. He helped us get into the right vehicle for our family and at the right price. He was extremely sociable as well and stayed after hours on an occasion when my husband couldn't make it to the dealership until later. We highly recommend Palladino Honda and especially recommend Rob!

Mr. Jayson Ball is more than a car salesman, he's a genuine car enthusiast. When it came time to purchase another vehicle, it was without hesitation that I contacted Jayson. He did what he does best, he got my wife and I excited for a fun driving car. He bleeds Honda, he's shown us how to bleed Honda as well. It's because of Mr Jayson Ball, that we are Honda drivers for life, and will be back to see him in the future.
