Appt booked for 3 pm 17 Apr for winter tire change and alignment and was waiting for it. Car did not go into service area until 4:15. Work completed around 5:05. Was told that two mechanics called in sick.

I was in to change winter tires to summer tires, I was told it would take one hour. One hour later my car keys were handed to me and told the car was ready and told where it was parked. Unfortunately the wrong size tires & wheels had been installed. After some convincing and two and one half hours my car was ready. Paladino Honda has a computerize storage and retrieval system, I was told that it does not make mistakes. But people do as I told them make misstate inputting bin storage information. After this was understood by staff my car was looked after.

Excellent. Kara was very friendly, courteous and efficient. I think Honda should stop this 100 percent satisfaction nonsense. Perfection does not exist - even God is not perfect. I also think that some of the placement of women in the Honda dealership in Sudbury should be reviewed. One is near a washroom - that certainly would be annoying and a few have no privacy at all. Thank you for listening.

Acceptable experience. I am receiving too many such surveys and therefore question their validity. I have made comments verbally to staff, such comments do not seem to be heard. I will consider setting an appointment with a manager in order to voice my comments.

The shuttle ride to work did not leave on time like the previous time . I was a little late for work. Other than that , excillent service. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Car sat for 3 hours and was not advised prior to scheduled appointment that repair duration would be 6 hours Compensation in the form of a free oil change would be nice.

Good appointment times. However, one shuttle driver has demonstrated negative attitude which should not be shared with customers while driving. While Brian has demonstrated perfection when driving clients. Overall good experience, however I'm questioning the quality of service provided due to this second incident with vibration issue following servicing vehicle. This causes an inconvenience as I must return with the vehicle when this should be checked prior to returning to client. Thank you for the follow-up.
