The service is excellent, everything that should of happened, happened and on time. One thing that really ticks me off is the parking lot a total disaster no place to safely park.

B service and summer tires installed with alignment. Work was completed well ahead of the time given and worn wipers that I did not notice were changed, thanks Dan. I also got a heads up on the need for new winter tires in the fall. As always, excellent service.

The waiting game and length of visits

Wait times for a scheduled appointment has been consistently two hours. My simple tire swap which would take half an hour tops took two hours. This is my only complaint. Staff are friendly and service is great but the wait for my vehicle is ridiculous.

We had the vehicle in for an airbag recall. Had winter tires removed and summer tires installed. Service technician advised of several maintenance issues worth addressing. Service was courteous and timely.
