Rob was excellent to deal with, I got a good deal on a reliable and sporty vehicle. I would recommend Palladino Honda and Rob in particular to everyone.

Came in to have my winter tires removed and the service was great. Communication was fantastic. My only complaint was that they turn off my lights and didn't put them back to "Auto"

Jayson was great I came in from out of town and he took the time and stayed late to accommodate me to test drive vehicles and went over and above. Jayson provided excellent customer service and tended to my needs in getting a vehicle.

I took my 2016 CRV into Palladino's for regular service at 30,000 km and I was dismayed and disappointed that my rear brake pads needed to be replaced and it was to be a cost to me. After a short discussion I am happy to say Dan my service Rep covered both the parts and labour free of charge. I hope is that they back pads meet or exceed the remaining 90% life on the front pads. I love certainly love it there was a car cleaning business associated with Palladino Honda that would clean my car at the same time.

Rear struts replaced under warranty on used vehicle purchased February 27 2017. Originally diagnosed as requiring bump stops only. Vehicle had just over 30k kilometres when purchased.

Kara was lovely and very professional and did all she could to keep me aware of the status of my car's repair. I had contacted Palladino Honda to arrange servicing for two recalls on my vehicle. Parts had to be ordered and i was to be called when they came in. I didn't receive a call so recontacted Palladino's to book servicing. On the day of my servicing, I was required to leave my car at Palladino's all day for repairs that took approximately half an hour. There wasn't a shuttle available to take me to where i needed to go unless i was able to wait for 45 minutes. I opted to pay for a taxi instead. I was able to arrange a shuttle to pick me up to bring me back to pick up my car and the driver was very friendly, the vehicle was clean... When I arrived to pick up my car at the end of the day, I had to wait another 45 minutes because the car hadn't been in for servicing yet.

it just seemed like he was in a rush, kinda pushed the car on me without showing me others or giving me his time, other than that he was great, very friendly motivated and helpful. i would use himintere again but i would be on my guard
