Overall the experience was good but i was disappointed to receive a oil change notice for May on the same day as my tire change. I feel that these two appointments should have been combined together into the one appointment so that I would not have to take the time to get the oil change in a separate appointment a mere two weeks later. I will go to one of the oil change places instead of going back to you, just because it is very difficult leaving my truck with you for a period of time because of the nature of my job. It is important to note that I did not request that the oil change be combined but it would be my home that there is a notification system that would have caught this.....all a part of customer satisfaction

Mary Lou, we apologize that this was not mentioned. The notice for an oil change is sent out every six months and we recommend that you schedule an appointment as your oil life is roughly 30% at this time. We appreciate your feedback as we strive to always provide our customers with great service.

Overall well done but forgot one asoect of service, i.e. Storage of wheels. This was quickly addressed when pointed out to the service advisor.

Car was supposed to be done at 4pm. I was at the dealership a little after noon and they got it done for me in under an hour. Can't complain about that.

Not enough parking. Staff should ensure when the appointment is booked month,s in advance that you get in at the time it was booked at. Also sales rep area should lower their music because it's quit loud

A wonderful experience as soon as we entered the front door. A warm and friendly receptionist, offered us a beverage as we browsed. Sales person (Robert Rouleau) was very knowledgeable and friendly. Financial manager (Denis Aubut) was very thorough as to what our options were and also very friendly. Great experience from beginning to end. We will be back.....Thank-you

Mr. BALL has a high level of product knowledge. He asked questions and on what we were looking for in options. He provided a wide range of used and new CR-V options. We test drove 3 vehicles and he didn't pressure us into buying a particular model. He took his time and gave us his undivided attention during the 6 hours we were at the dealership. In all it was a pleasant purchasing experience in comparison to others car purchases we've made in the past at other dealerships.
