On rating Kara-Always pleasant, courteous, attentive, respectful, knowledgable A pleasure to deal with. I don't think anyone likes the cost of servicing, Kara makes it hurt a little less !!

Kara is always very pleasant & helpful, each visit is like I came there monthly when in fact it is maybe 2 or 3 times a year. Treated like a person and not just a customer. Thank you for the wonderful service each & ever time! Patsy

Brought my vehicle in to get the winter tires off and all seasons on, oil change, and regular maintenance. Also utilized the shuttle service to get to work and back to the dealership. Everything was done promptly and professionally. Amazing work!

Not so quick tire change

Already spoke with Melissa. Not happy with the 2 hr wait period with my two young kids dye to the fact tjat my appointment was not scheduled correctly. Toys were filthy and my son pinched himself on the broken toy bin.
