Best experience buying a vehicle! Everyone smiled, easy to talk to, even had a place to entertain and feed my very active 3 yr old son! Warm family friendly environment! Highly recommend to anyone with or without kids! NO pressure to buy! Thanks guys Beverly Smith

I walked in and told my sales man, his name start with the letter (M) exactly what I want and what I needed the car vehicle to be able to pull. I was given wrong facts or he didnt know and told me to google it. I ended up dealing with the general manager at the end of the ordeal. I would not recomend friends or family there at all to buy a car. The service department is very good there is why I gave it one star instead of a 0.

We initially came to Roadsport to downsize from our 2010 Caravan to a 2015 Journey. After test driving and exploring the features of the journey, we changed our mind at the very last minute once it dawned on us that the trunk space was very, very inadequate for our needs. Tom our sales rep quickly changed gears, never getting upset, and explained that we were most likely still comfortable with our van and probably just needed a new model. Hence we were sold and have a new 2015 van. Personally I would've preferred a more basic model, but my husband was easily upsold by Tom's finesse and mannerism, now we have a fairly blinged out van that should keep the young ones entertained on long trips.

They made it easy to buy what we wanted. Charles must be magic. Zhen was a great sales person & both he & Charles were very friendly (with great smiles) & very personable. The purchasing of a new vehicle can be a bit scary, and a little frustrating sometimes, but you and the rest of the staff may the whole experience very pleasant. I also want to thank you for making sure to include my wife in showing me the different vehicles that I was interested in, and also making sure she was comfortable because of her disability. I have always received good customer service with my old jeep patriot , looking forward to having that same service with my brand new jeep patriot. Thank-you.
