Kristian has always had a considerate and caring attitude whenever I needed advice on service. He understands that we are seniors and have fixed and limited income. He makes the difference for me.

My vehicle is still under warranty. There's something wrong with its AC. Although he is quite swamped the other day, Jim still managed to give me a good estimate of the time needed to have the vehicle fixed. I'd like to give him double thumbs up as I have run into too many scenarios when the service / sales person promises a customer something that he or she can not accomplish.

Your drastic price increase for winter tire/rim storage was the last straw. That plus the arrogance of one of your service techs who basically dared me to take my business elsewhere just made it so much easier. Goodbye Roadsport !

Too many surprise charges, and very little feedback on overall condition of vehicle.

Change tires for new season and general service. Sudden charges appear for a long standing Chrysler customer (26 years), No report is discussed related to the work performed. The cashier and others, are just interested in gettiing the payment completed. This is not the service experienced prior to Roadsport, and is even still available in other service centers such as Agincourt, and Scarborotown.

Had front brakes replaced and rear brakes serviced. Work was done quickly and kept informed of vehicle's progress. Service advisors very professional.
