Amazing Service

The service is amazing. I'm not pushed to do service like other dealerships. I get advised on what service is required but I don't feel pushed or forced to get it done.

I was interested in getting a new vehicle because mine had ran its course. I had submitted application to Canada Drive and the gave my information to this Dealership. I meet with Arron Malik, he was very informative, he took the time to explain to me about financing a vehicle, he also made sure this was the best option for me. The process was very quick, he got me Pre-Approve the day for the vehicle I wanted and I had my new car within a week. I am so happy with the service I receive, Roadsport Chrysler will be my Dealership for life!!! Thank you Arron!!!

ABS light was on

The ABS system was found to be malfunctioning and was repaired under the extended warranty. Rear brakes were also replaced.

When I ask William to give me an estimate on some body work to be done on my Dodge Magnum, he was more than enthusiastic to get and follow up with the on the quote I requested. While I was waiting for my written quote, he constantly follows up with the body work department to get the quote promptly.

Brought brand new Dodge Journey and have nothing but problems with it. For months there were elctrical problems where wipers would go on by themselves, no turn signals, no lights etc. but I was made to feel when I brought the vehicle in and described my problem like I was an idiot until the problem never stopped and I drove into the dealership with no lights, no horn, nothing but wipers front and back going like crazy. It took months for the problem to be addressed and i have ZERO confidence in this vehicle and dealership in handling any further issues.
