Generally we had a very positive experience with one big caveat. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. They negotiated quite a bit which surprised me. The one big concern we had was their use if monthly payment as their basis if negotiation. This leads to not being aware of what fees and incentives are being applied. When we did our final negotiation they agreed to reduce the total price by an additional $700 but when they presented the monthly payment the numbers didn't add up and we spent an additional half hour making sure they honored our deal. Their explanation of the discrepancy did not make sense so make sure you check all of tour numbers before signing.

Jami was very thorough and professional when dealing with all members of our family. She displayed a strong knowledge of each type of vehicle we reviewed.
