If you are looking to trade in your car, this may not be the best dealership. I had been offered 2500$ for my car at three different dealerships until this one. They didn't look up the model/year in any system or inspect my car, they simply looked out the window and offered me 500, firm. They followed up later and I told them another VW dealerhsip had offered me 2500$ (and better service) and now they said they would match that offer. I'm not sure if they assumed because I was young/a woman I wouldn't know my car's value but it was a very disappointing experience.

I recently bought a VW Atlas at Bytek and it was the best car buying experience ever by far! This was largely thanks to Dilhan who treated us so well and communicated with openness and clarity. He was very professional and sought to answer all our questions and concerns and we got what I think was a fair deal. I would recommend Bytek and especially Dilhan if you're considering buying a VW.

Bytek was amazing to deal with! The sales team answered all my questions and was able to provide a vehicle that I couldn't source in my own town. They facilitated everything remotely and made picking up the vehicle easy and took care of all the paperwork. I'd recommend them to friends and family.

Best dealership in Canada. Friendly, helpful, reasonable people doing great work. Their approach to customer service is down to earth and customer focused. As a responsible consumer I value their honesty and reliability. This dealership is not like the rest, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Golf finance or maintenance.

Les deux commis à leur bureau semble ne rien prendre au sérieux, il ne prennent même pas le temps de s'excuser. On demande des documents pour avoir des renseignement sur la garantie donner par Volkswagen Canada, la demande amuser les commis.Gros manque de professionnalisme sans parler du service a la clientèle.
