My boyfriend and I had the best experience at Bytek Volkswagen with our super knowledgable and friendly VW specialist Mark Zinck! Seriously... this was our first and only stop on our road to a new car. We test drove the 2019 Jetta with Mark informing us of all of its features. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything and Mark made us feel so comfortable with the entire process we wish we could go back just to hang out and chat! We are OBSESSED with our 2019 Jetta and recommend anybody interested in a VW that they take the trip out to Bytek to have Mark help you. Even if you are all the way in Barrhaven like we are, taking that extra time to drive out to St.Laurent was well worth it. Highly recommend Mark @ Volkswagen Bytek!

Amazing experience

I got the corrosion warranty repair done in my Jetta and the experience was perfect! The customer service rep took pictures of my rust then it took a couple months for the claim to be approved which is normal. They contacted me when the claim was approved and all the panels with rust on my car were fixed for free. They even went above and beyond and completed extra work on my car and detailed the entire interior before the car was returned.

I recently had work done on my vehicle (2012 VW Jetta, rocker panels and wheel wells corrosion). Although the repairs took longer than I had anticipated, there are no complaints at all with the work itself. They took very good care of my car. Staff ensured to show me what was done on my vehicle upon picking it up. Staff went above and beyond by not only doing the job they would say but giving me a free car wash and interiors detailing as well. They did a great job overall

Worst experience ever. I will never buy a Volkswagen from that place and will never recommand that dealership to anyone. Just dealing with their collison center was a nightmare and had the worst paint job...

I brought my Golf in for a large rust repair, and just as I expected. Sarah Lynk took care of me from start to finish. Answered all of my questions and followed up to make sure I was happy with the work performed. I would definitely recommend dealing with her.
