I bought my 2013 GTI back in November and brought it into Bytek to see if it was eligible for a corrosion warranty claim. Sarah Lynk did a walk-around inspection with me and explained: - the usual spots to look out for, - what's normally covered under the warranty, - how long the warranty coverage lasts for (12 years for models before 2018). She submitted the claim for me and advised that it would probably be a few months until I hear back. Sure enough I got a call about 5 months later saying that my claim was approved and that I can bring it in to the body shop. Sarah and Rawad were great at communicating the timeline, repairs that will be done, and how long my car would be in the shop. The repairs were great; everything was colour matched and fitted correctly, even the Wolfsburg Edition badges were stuck on where they should be. There was a nasty rust spot on the front driver-side wheel panel that was growing and I am happy to see it gone. Would definitely recommend Bytek to anyone with a VW! I hope to one day buy a new (or even used) car from them.

I recently brought my Golf Rabbit in to Bytek's body shop to take care of some corrosion on the vehicle. Sarah Lynk from the body shop was super helpful in taking me through the process. I even found out that the rust repair would be covered under warranty and free of charge! This was amazing news and the entire process was communicated clearly between Sarah and I. Highly recommend bringing your VW in to see Sarah and she will take care of you. If your VW is less than 12 years old and has rust you may be able to get it fixed under warranty!!

On April 30 '21 I had a great meeting with Bytek's collision centre, specifically Sarah and Rawad who are courteous and professional. I appreciate the collision centre advising of my possible eligibility for cost-free repairs under VW's corrosion warranty. Bob.

Tim was a great employee to deal with in the purchase of my 2021 Tiguan. He was very responsive to all of my needs and made my purchase experience go by so much smoother. He’s very honest and wants you to get the best bang for your buck. In my previous purchases at other dealerships, I’ve dealt with dishonest salesmen looking for a quick sale but this was not the case with Tim. I’m very pleased with the level of service I’ve received.

When picking up my used car, the salesmen informed me that the previous owner was looking for the second set of keys. I was told that if in a week, if they were not found, that they would make me a new set of keys. It has now been OVER 5 months with no reply back. I have reached out to the sales team including General Sales Manager Andrew Crowe on multiple occasions and they can't complete the simple task of returning my call. Not rocket science in the customer service world and shows on the lack of care for their customers after their purchase. This is unacceptable and not how a business should be run.

After ten years of phenomenal service at Bytek, I bought a newer model. The entire team was helpful, knowledgeable, and price-competitive. Dealership management must be great, because the staff were pleasant, smiling, and very accommodating. Too bad I‘ll only enjoy the great service team again now, given it’s unlikely I’ll need to replace for another ten years. Two thumbs up for Bytek!

We were looking for a new vehicle to replace our 2 aging ones. The staff was super helpful in order to meet our needs and we never felt pressured into making any decisions. They made the buying process of my 2021 Altas Cross Sport easy and stress free. Working with the staff at Bytek Volkswagen was an absolute pleasure! Very friendly and accommodating. Wife and I interacted with a few folks as we worked through the details of our new vehicle. I did not have a great experience in the past with their service department, but hopefully things have changed.
