Worst experience ever. I will never buy a Volkswagen from that place and will never recommand that dealership to anyone. Just dealing with their collison center was a nightmare and had the worst paint job...

I’ve been driving VW’s for too many years to mention and have dealt with many area dealers over the years. Bytek for me has been the best customer experience by far. I had some rust repair performed under warranty recently and Sarah and Kevin from the Body Shop dept were exceptional not to mention that the truck looks amazing. Color match and blend was perfect.
