We recently purchased a beautiful 2018 Volkswagen Golf and are very happy with the purchase. Our experience with the staff at Bytek was very smooth from the beginning to end. We feel like our business is very valued. and that Tim Gobuyan, our Sales Representative, was friendly, knowledgeable and excellent in customer service and sales. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking to purchase a Volkswagen.

We just bought a new to us vehicle from Bytek. The staff were friendly, listened to our needs and worked quickly and efficiently for us to trade in our old vehicle for this one. There was a small glitch when we first brought the vehicle home within the first 24 hours because the car had been washed and the front passenger door was not closing properly because it had frozen (Ottawa winters!), but they solved the problem immediately -- they picked up the car, gave us a replacement and had it back to us the same day. So we have been thankful for the great service so far.
