I’ve been driving VW’s for too many years to mention and have dealt with many area dealers over the years. Bytek for me has been the best customer experience by far. I had some rust repair performed under warranty recently and Sarah and Kevin from the Body Shop dept were exceptional not to mention that the truck looks amazing. Color match and blend was perfect. Thank You!!

Three weeks ago, my wife and I went to Bytek VW to test drive one of their used vehicle. Must say, it was one of the best welcomes we had at a dealership. The salesperson, a woman who I sadly forgot her name, was such a friendly and made the experience very pleasant. While we did not bue our use car at this dealership, we are certainly going there for the maintenance of our new vehicle. Well done!

Thank you to Sarah in the body shop for handling the warranty body work on my touareg. Vehicle was returned in 10/10 condition. Repairs were made well inside promised timeliness. Very enjoyable process.

Very positive experience at the dealership so far. Got referred to Andy (Sales Manager) by my colleague. Even though Bytek VW dealership is far from our house and other dealerships are near by, we decided to try it. We are happy we did. Andy is very easy and pleasant to deal with. He connected us with Tim who showed us the car and helped with everything. Tim is also very professional and helpful. We did not feel any pressure at all to buy the vehicle. We end up buying VW Atlas Cross Sport which is our first ever VW vehicle. 5 stars for the service.

I bought my 2013 GTI back in November and brought it into Bytek to see if it was eligible for a corrosion warranty claim. Sarah Lynk did a walk-around inspection with me and explained: - the usual spots to look out for, - what's normally covered under the warranty, - how long the warranty coverage lasts for (12 years for models before 2018). She submitted the claim for me and advised that it would probably be a few months until I hear back. Sure enough I got a call about 5 months later saying that my claim was approved and that I can bring it in to the body shop. Sarah and Rawad were great at communicating the timeline, repairs that will be done, and how long my car would be in the shop. The repairs were great; everything was colour matched and fitted correctly, even the Wolfsburg Edition badges were stuck on where they should be. There was a nasty rust spot on the front driver-side wheel panel that was growing and I am happy to see it gone. Would definitely recommend Bytek to anyone with a VW! I hope to one day buy a new (or even used) car from them.
