JD and his Bytek team were absolutely fantastic! I wanted a very specific car that they did not have on the lot readily available and they were able to track it down and have it brought in. I've been enjoying my car since August. The whole process from initial contact the delivery was efficient, friendly and straightforward. Dreams can come true... even in 2020. Thanks again :)

Sarah was terrific in the body shop for my Golf. Cleaned and detailed. Sarah's attention to detail was great. Tim was awesome at sales. When we bought the (used) Tiguan the sales process was good (Tim). The followup was not as good. It was not detailed. I had to follow up and push them to get this done. Warranty work has been good. 50/50 on if I would buy here again. I don't want to have to push to get good service. I've been to other garages where a car wash is standard with every service.

Tim, Amanda, Pierre and Jen were all very professional and helpful. Tim was awesome. Would buy from him again in a heartbeat. Always open, not condescending, answered all of my questions. (There are no bad questions). Other dealerships could learn from Tim and his team.
