I recently purchased a CPO 2019 Golf at Bytek, and it was nothing but a pleasant experience. Being my first time purchasing a car, there were a lot of unknowns and I was very wary of the stereotypical 'car salesman'. I worked with JD and felt that his approach was fantastic - if you're looking for somewhere to buy a car from that will simply help you with information and find the right fit for you, definitely come to Bytek. Super happy with the experience, the car, and the dealer.

Awesome service department, everyone seems happy to be working there. Staff is welcoming and want to help. They explain the service that was done. Everything is done quickly and professionaly. So far excellent experience. Will update review as needed as we get service done over the life of the vehicle. Cheers.

My boyfriend and I had the best experience at Bytek Volkswagen with our super knowledgable and friendly VW specialist Mark Zinck! Seriously... this was our first and only stop on our road to a new car. We test drove the 2019 Jetta with Mark informing us of all of its features. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything and Mark made us feel so comfortable with the entire process we wish we could go back just to hang out and chat! We are OBSESSED with our 2019 Jetta and recommend anybody interested in a VW that they take the trip out to Bytek to have Mark help you. Even if you are all the way in Barrhaven like we are, taking that extra time to drive out to St.Laurent was well worth it. Highly recommend Mark @ Volkswagen Bytek!
