Hoang helped me find the car I needed with the specifications I asked for for the best price.

I came to Sherwood Honda to enquire about the details of another offer I got from a different Honda dealer in Edmonton. Hoang helped me figure out some questionable points in the deal and worked out a deal with me that offers all the add on's I needed with a reasonable price. When the battery died 1 week after I bought the car, Quinn offered a replacement car untill they got me a new battery. The service at SHerwood Honda is very satisfying and I feel that Hoang is advocating for his customers. I remeber that he came by his own car to pick me up from my place and drove me from Edmonton to Sherwood Honda to pick up my new car. This was very kind of him and gives very good reputation to this place. I believe that customer satisfaction is all about communications and I see that is part is well done at Sherwoods Honda.

My service to buy was great, only dealership within the Edmonton area were I didn't feel pressured to buy. It was my first buying a car, they were so helpful and treated me with great respect.
