The salesperson Cindy was very helpful and informative. although my vehicle was not ready when promised, Honda went out of their way to make up for their error. Overall I was relatively pleased with the service received.

We were treated with respect and both salesmen worked hard to get us what we wanted. They answered our questions honestly and were very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We got to speak to a manager who was also friendly and personable. My wife and I left feeling great about the experience and got a great deal on our old vehicle and a great deal on our new van

There were 2 purchasers of the vehicle. Maybe if both if us were asked in surveys and emails then I would give a higher rating. I am tired of not being recognized as an owner of the vehicle when I am the primary driver.

First Sorry, we do battle this internally all the time, can be frustrating. The system will only let us put in one name as the primary buyer, like I said silly but it's a national system and we are trying to adjust it. So far unsuccessful. In the interim we could rotate the names of the buyers in our system, or we could change the primary buyer. You would just have to give us authorization. Like I stated we agree and have been the biggest advocate to try and change an antiqued system, in a huge national company. Ron General Manager

Cyndi was so friendly, easy to work with and no pressure type of person. I was greatly impressed by Cyndi right from the beginning and she is the main reason I came back to Honda to buy!

When I decided to buy Honda Pliot, We did eye shopping to different dealer in Edmonton. Eventually I focus on Sherwood Honda. The reasons are three. One is I feel I am at home after I into the shopping center. Two is the good service they tell the true of the car and don't hiding something. Three is the comparable price. I will introduce my friend buy car from Sherwood Honda.

Aurora helped me with purchasing a new and reliable car after my old one had broken down. She really dove deep into what I needed in a car and found one that exceeded my expectations for a car. I was very impressed that in a few short hours she had narrowed down the selection, gave me detailed information about each car, and then had me test drive a couple of them to find one which fit my liking. I ended up buying a Ford Focus and although being used still had a couple months of free Sirius XM which helps me tune in to anything anywhere. Definitely would recommend friends and will come by in 4-5 years when I'm looking for brand new.
