I recently purchased a vehicle from Sherwood Honda and I cannot be happier. Please do not waste your time dealing with any other places. I was dealing with Robert Siffledeen and OMG was he the best. He made me feel so comfortable and treated me like I was the most important person in the world. He is someone I would deal with for a very long time and would recommend him to all my friends and family. He introduced me to the service department and they are sooo nice. I even met Quinn, who took the time to meet me before I left just to say hi and make sure I was being looked after. Got to give it to them- they know what customer service is all about. I didn't even buy a Honda- so to anyone who is looking for something and not just a Honda- please go see them.

The sales side of things went very well; however, it was after I bought the car and spoke with financing that I had some issues. There were many errors made with my contract, such as how many month I was financing for. Due to these errors, I had to come back another day to sign my paperwork. I felt like I had to triple check everything I was signing to make sure there weren't any other mistakes. It was a very uneasy feeling.

We went to pickup our brand new 2014 Honda Pilot, as exciting as it was changed when our vehicle was covered with spots of undercoating and not cleaned properly! The 3M seals were not installed properly (I am aware this as not there doing but still). Then after we got this all cleaned up about 3 1/2 hours for pickup, which should not have taken that all we got our keys and left. The next I was installing car seats and a piece broke off the floor where the seats sit on the 2nd row, and about 2 weeks later I was back with the back cover of the 2nd row seat needing to be replaced (clips broke and they blamed my 5 year old for breaking it)! Everything was fixed but again things shouldn't be breaking that soon on a brand new vehicle.

Hi Rachel: Yes not the way your delivery should go, hate to hear that you weren't looked after on delivery! I would like you to see Merv if those clips break off again, and no it was not your five year that broke them. Your right about those clips, so if you have a chance and some are broken again, we will fix it whenever you call Merv, this should not be your problem. Delivery of a new vehicle is very important to us, so maybe we can do something for you going forward. Best Ron G.M.

I was at the dealership for a routine oil change. From before I even arrived, the service was great. I had to call to find out if it really was okay that I had driven 11,000 plus km a still had not had the service light come on, to changing my appointment time reality last minute to accommodate my child care. Once I arrived the people in the service bay were very prompt and friendly. The service customer lounge was a great place to pass the time, very clean and comfortable. Overall this was one of the best service centers I have ever been to!

this was my first vehicle purchase and I was unsure but the sales rep at Honda was very casual about it all and I never felt pressured. best of all she let my friend and I test drive the vehicle all by ourselves with no actual time limit. not all dealers allow this and so my friend and I could drive freely and discuss how we really felt about the car and whether this was the right car to buy. these sort of discussions need be done privately and so it helped convince us that this was a good car to buy.
