Our CRV Purchase was TOP NOTCH

After a frustrating experience with several other dealerships we lucked in with a telephone call to Sherwood Honda and were fortunate to have Hoang return our call. We discussed with him our requirements and in very little time he responded by email with a price quotation and the encouraging words that he would locate and trade with another dealership for the vehicle and colour we wanted. The very next day we received another email advising our CRV was on the lot. His support team of Man and Krishnie were also actively involved in efficiently handling the paperwork . When we came in to pick up our CRV Huang patiently spent time going over the features and answering our questions. A nice touch was introducing us to the sales manager Brandi and following up with a telephone call thanking us for our business. We drove off the lot in our new CRV extremely satisfied customers.

As soon as I arrived on the lot I was greeted by Robert. He is so kind and understanding of the needs I had for my family. He made the process so quick and easy! He made himself and his team readily available for us and our questions and concerns. My family and I love our Pilot and will definitely be returning when we are ready for another upgrade!!
