2012 pilot EX-l JUNK. No help from Honda. I bought this vehicle for my wife. It vibrates so bad when its cold out that she doesn't want to drive it. Honda has not helped me at all and the dealer says they are aware of this problem with these pilots but they can't fix it. Buyer beware, Google "eco mode vibration" before you buy.

Be careful about having parts and accessories installed on your vehicle. We had a towing package installed on our new 2012 Odyssey. When it started rusting less than 1 year later we were told that the work was actually done at a 3rd party location and that the dealership would not take responsibility. Had I know that the work would have been done elsewhere, I would have researched the best place to have it installed rather than having the dealership choose the location for me. We have been happy with this dealer until this point are are extremely disappointed that they refuse to stand behind a product they sold to us.

Simply this is the BEST DEALERSHIP in METRO EDMONTON! I have not been to all of them of course but out of all the dealerships I have ever visited this is the one I always come back to and check out first when looking for a new used car. The sales staff are friendly and always very helpful. They work with you, they give you a good deal and they are patient. I once test drove 7 different cars in one day here, and after that, the salesman still tried to find me something, and he succeeded! Do yourself a favor, whether you're looking for a honda or not, give them a try. I'm pretty sure you wont regret it.

Service was polite and prompt, without feeling overbearing. Starting prices seemed slightly higher than average, but, as expected, they are willing to negotiate.
