Well, I'm normally not one to complain but I'm really frustrated right now. I got my car serviced 2 weeks ago, my A123 service so that's the oil change, transmission flush, and whatever else they do with that service. I got my car back they did a great job paid no problems. In the recommendation said that I needed 3 new tires because mine were pretty worn out which I knew that I asked them to order 3 tires (One was new because previously I have an accident and the one tire was covered by the accident), and I needed my power steering fluid exchanged. Handed my car in last night signed saying to put the 3 new tires on, and to do the power steering which would come to $603.00. Go to pick up my car today the balance owing was over $800 and with my vip discount it came to $780, they charged me for the 4 tires, and the power steering. Even though the lady was nice and gave me a discount I ended up paying $663.54 however i'm still not satisfied. I don't know If I will get my car serviced there anymore.

Best example of quality customer service! I've been in search of a car for weeks now calling one dealership after the other and physically visiting some. Poor service. I made a call to Sherwood Honda, while partially expecting the same response,I was shocked at what I got. Samantha answered my call, she was very courteous, informative, great negotiator and exceptionally patient and understanding. She volunteered to provide a shuttle driver to pick me up from home to the dealership at no cost. The shuttle driver was very friendly, the drive down was smooth. Samantha was exceptional. The reception was very warm and after a couple of test drives, I made my choice. Everything change. It wasn't only Samantha who was nice, every member of staff was committed to ensure customer satisfaction. From the Sales Manager - Quinn, the Finance Manager - Michele, the Director of Finance -Krishine and Berk Bilgen the insurance guy. Unbelievable. Does it get any better? Oh, wait .... It does. The entire staff worked extra hours to ensure I drove home my new car. When? Yesterday -the 16th of January 2014. Thank you guys - Outstanding Service

By far the best dealership we came across in Edmonton and Sherwood Park. Wayne was amazing and extremely patient. It took us almost 6 months to decide on a vehicle and Wayne kept in touch with deals during that whole time. He never once pressured us to buy. The first time we walked in, we didn't know what we wanted but he was able to help us narrow down our decision, which was very helpful. I've been extremely happy with the service department and couldn't ask for a better dealership.

I took my vehicle for an oil change and came out after a week with a broken engine. Turns out whoever did the oil change forgot to tighten up the oil filter causing the oil to leak out entirely. Honda did replace my vehicle's engine so I do salute them for taking ownership of their mistake but I just can't find it in me to bring my car back to them after all the hassle that I went through.

Good service, went for power steering flush, took almost exactly the time they said. Only beef is that the tech started about 15 mins after time and was first appointment for the day, not a biggy tho. Kinda sad that the best Honda dealer in Edmonton isn't in Edmonton, but worth the drive.
