I'm reviewing my recent new car buying experience, about two weeks ago. The car lot outside was easily walkable and all of the vehicles were well maintained. The showroom was bright and spacious, reflecting good design and use of windows. On entering, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in general. I had Aurora as my salesperson, which was great because as a younger person she understood my priorities for a vehicle with respect to fuel economy, lifestyle, and storage. During the test drive, she took time to explain in the right amount of detail (adequate, but not overly technical) the features of the two vehicles I was considering. She was very patient and very open to helping me find the right price for my purchase. Her communication was excellent and she was flexible with different methods of contact. There was no point at which I ever felt pressured. The managerial staff were also friendly and professional. I haven't had experience with their parts/servicing yet, but it was definitely the right move to go from my old Honda to my new one with Sherwood Honda.

"BUYER BEWARE" Do not get accessories or protection package. You do not get what you pay for. Picked up my CRV the first time I paid for 24" 3M on hood. I got 18". A week later tried to pick up CRV again and this time I got 24" 3M but there were scracthes on hood and mirrors as well as lint under the 3M. A week later this time picked up vehicle not perfect but got the 24" 3M. They could not show me how the 2 way remote works with the alarm. I requested 2 way remote with the alarm and sales person said it was intregrated with the 2 way. How do I know Alarm is on I asked ? Doug / Todd said he would get back to us a week ago. Still have not heard from them. I would not recommend this Dealer. All of them Smooth Talkers.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sherwood Honda. My first time there, I walked in the doors 5 minutes before closing expecting to be told to "come back tomorrow". Instead, I was welcomed warmly & treated as if I was the most important customer they have ever had. They were more accommodating than they needed to be and went to great lengths to meet my scheduling demands. I can't wait to buy another vehicle from Sherwood Honda. 1. Incredible service! 2. Incredible Team! 3. I would have to guess that anyone providing a negative review did not give Sherwood Honda a fair chance. Nobody is perfect, but I cannot imagine that Rob & the guys would have let someone leave with a bad impression. 4. I am so incredibly pleased with Sherwood Honda. I helped my son buy his first car there from their used dept. Quinn went ABOVE and BEYOND to find the exact perfect vehicle for us, one that my son could actually afford. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was a relief because this was a very exciting yet stressful time for my son. He had never been through this process before and it was actually not only painless, but fun! He LOVES his new/used car. I’ve told everyone I know to be sure and shop at Sherwood Honda. I’ve shopped everywhere in Edmonton, but I’m so happy and relieved to find this place. I won’t go anywhere else!

Worst place to buy a used car the sales person(female) never showed up to see the vehicle, you lost a loyal Honda buyer.

We had been car shopping for quite some time when we arrived at Sherwood Honda. The first impressions of the staff at Sherwood Honda was that they were extremely Knowledgeable and friendly. They were not pushy in the slightest. When we were ready to do a test drive the salesmen helped me install all of our car seats in a new Odyssey so the whole family could go for a test drive. They also provided a DVD for the kids to watch to test out the rear entertainment system. When it came time to negotiate price, the first price presented to us was 3,000 below an "aggressive" offer by another Edmonton Honda dealership. He walked my wife and I through the different financing incentives versus the cash discount and showed us all of the math. After settling on a price we were introduced to the Finance staff. Our finance team member was also very friendly and answered our questions to our satisfaction. She was informative about the protection plans but not in the slightest pushy with them. We were told our vehicle would be ready the next day and it was. The vehicle had been detailed and parked in a room next to the showroom for us to go over the details of the vehicle. It was nice to have a heated room to discuss the features of the vehicle. Our salesmen Michael, reviewed all of the pertinent vehicle settings and features with me answering all of my questions. He also informed me that I could bring in my Odyssey to have washed by the service department. Merely drop off the keys in the service department and pick the vehicle up back up in 15 or so minutes depending on how busy they were. I would recommend the dealership to others as a place to purchase a vehicle.

Well, I'm normally not one to complain but I'm really frustrated right now. I got my car serviced 2 weeks ago, my A123 service so that's the oil change, transmission flush, and whatever else they do with that service. I got my car back they did a great job paid no problems. In the recommendation said that I needed 3 new tires because mine were pretty worn out which I knew that I asked them to order 3 tires (One was new because previously I have an accident and the one tire was covered by the accident), and I needed my power steering fluid exchanged. Handed my car in last night signed saying to put the 3 new tires on, and to do the power steering which would come to $603.00. Go to pick up my car today the balance owing was over $800 and with my vip discount it came to $780, they charged me for the 4 tires, and the power steering. Even though the lady was nice and gave me a discount I ended up paying $663.54 however i'm still not satisfied. I don't know If I will get my car serviced there anymore.
