The service is fantastic in the Waverley location. I spoke with the service advisor Mr. Farhan Ahsan on Monday (July 11) regarding an oil change schedule. Mr. Ahsan told me that he will be trying to fit me in sometime this week and he did. He called me this morning to check whether I can come today. And I did, the whole thing was done within an hour and half. I received the washed car and it seems Mr. Ahsan was a happy man when he was returning the car key because he was able to help a customer.

Review is for Dimitri- I went down there for a test drive and feature overview with Dimitri. He was super friendly, easy-going and excellent at customer service. 5 star for his efforts and customer service.

Never experienced worse customer service with any company before. Their management team has absolutely no respect for their customers and will completely ignore you. I’ve had the same malfunction with my 2017 Elantra that I purchased from their dealership for the last 10 months. I have brought my car into this dealership 5-6 times to get it fixed as it was still under warranty and continue to have the same issue despite numerous trips to their service department. I brought this to the general manager’s attention as this is completely ridiculous to continue to have the same problem and was then passed on to the service manager, Jeff. When in contact with the service manager, I received one phone call promising me a call back the next day as he would contact the specialized field tech regarding my problem and did not hear back for two weeks. It took numerous phone calls and emails to even get a reply from the service manager, from which he finally had sent an email (June 17) to the field tech two weeks after our initial phone call. Numerous emails and phone calls after said email and I have yet to hear back. I then left a voice message with the general manager Richard, as this so-called ‘customer service’ is completely unacceptable for an already 10 month issue.

I took my daughter's car at this location for a recall update on July 4. I was supposed to leave the car and come back when the work was done. I explained to the service attendant, Valerie, that it would be much better if I could wait for the car since I would have to walk to and from home and it was rainy. Valerie accommodated me and I was out in a reasonable time. My experience all staff was pleasant.

BAD EXPERIENCE. AND WORST customer service. I am now left with NO CAR, and they are not going to do anything about their employee breaking my car. Also EVERYTHING IS AT MY OWN EXPENSE!!!

Faran Ahsan is the best service consultant I have ever came across in my life. I have owned and been to Mercedes and Audi dealerships before but have never seen such a knowledgable, attentive and caring service consultant before. Faran greeted me as I was pulling into the drive through, he already knew my name, vehicle and my concern even though we have never met before (was definitely proactive and prepared about the appointment). Faran did a vehicle walk around in front my me, asked all the necessary questions about my vehicle concern. He documented air conditioning noise on the work order, informed me about an active recall on my new Santafe and went over all the details with me before I was asked to sign. The best part is that Faran offered me to have a seat in the lounge and enjoy coffee while I was gonna wait for my ride. The service department was busy but Faran still called me around 11 am to provide a status update on the service. I got another call around 2 pm, Faran described repair details and confirmed that the issue was covered under warranty and the vehicle was ready for pick up. I came around 3 pm to collect my vehicle, recall was also completed and Faran made sure that the vehicle was washed and cleaned. I did not have to pay anything as the repairs were covered under warranty. This was my first time at Murray Hyundai as I bought this vehicle from another dealership but Faran definitely exceeded customer service expectations. He thoroughly explained repairs and is very knowledgeable about automobiles. I am glad he educated me about an active recall and got it done at the same time. I highly recommend getting in touch with Faran for all your Hyundai servicing needs. Definitely a top notch service. 5 Star!
