Try to get ahold of these people is physically impossible. I've tried 17 times one day left messages, no return calls. Ended up getting my truck in for a OIL change and fuel filter, got a quote for my front end to be fixed for $6,200. Sucks for them that I had enough knowledge to get it inspected somewhere else my truck needed $500 in parts and 3 hours of labour... not $6200. Absolute CROOKS at SMP

It was a good experience. The dealer was respectful of the fact I am female and answered my questions well.

I purchased a new 2017 car. Everyone was respectful and answered all of my questions. The day was very long. We were there from 1115 to 1900 at the dealership. I believe the time could have been used much better.

Wanted to look at a vehicle. Female from used department was not listening to what we the customer wanted but my husband knew Dan so we dealt with him as we wanted the vehicle. Thanks Dan for all your help.

It was easy dealing with dan, and easy to do papers, he was not pushy so that was awesome, just wish Jeff could be more organized so I don't have to message and call all the time to try getting my $500 deposit back
