Jami and Rob were fantastic to deal with. No pressure at all and they worked hard to get us the payment and terms we requested! They gave us more for our trade in than other dealers offered.

Is there 0 stars? Why do I need to do a credit application before looking at a car? I have great credit and don't need someone to pretend that they are not taking an application to choose a car that they can make the most money on. Before going in to this dealership look into the cost of the vehicles and see how dirty these guys are. I have personally dealt with Gord Mansfield on many occasions. He is the sleaziest car guy I have ever met. After using typical lines like " I wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't ask...." and "what is it going to take to earn your business" he gouges you. Do yourself a favour before dealing with this guy and his team DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! You do not have to do an application first! PICK A CAR YOU LIKE AND CAN AFFORD AND NOT ONE THAT THEY ARE FORCING YOU To BUY!

terrible never go back and I'm positive I'll never buy another Chevy

When I got home the next day I realized I never got the $1500 for the one trade in vehicle that was promised to me by the sales man and I was somehow shorted $500 from the promised 22000 on the other vehicle I traded in and only received 21500 for the two vehicles when it should of been $23500. Then it took two weeks to get my lean paid off after I had to call 3 times to see if it was processed yet finally the 4th call it was found the papers never went through even though I was told by the finance guy they were on 3 separate occasions. Kind of funny how I mentioned to him that SMP sure didn't take they're time cashing my down payment cheque for $10000 but its taking almost 2 weeks to pay off my lean. He said it was part of the deal to cash the down payment cheque and I said so was paying off my lean. Way to go SMP add more stress to a guy. Anyway Right to the point. I was lied about the money I was getting, seems a handshake means nothing. One trade in vehicle was basically stolen from me because I got no money for it. And I should learn to read a little more closely before signing. Way to go SMP keep tricking people and ripping people off, you do a great job at it. Please don't phone me because my words won't be so pleasant as they are in this message because I'm still really, really pissed off!! I've also sent a letter to Chevy Canada expressing my displeasure about the way they're dealerships handle business.
