My vehicle needed quite a bit of work. Most of it was discovered by the attending mechanic. I was given expert advice as to what was urgent and what could wait. The work was done the same day and my vehicle is running better than ever.

I had my first major maintenance work done on 2015 Honda Pilot, bought new almost 6 years ago.I was apprehensive about taking it in to the busy dealership, especially in the thick of the busy spring tire rotation season, during a pandemic. Kara Wing, always courteous, pleasant, professional, and a good listener, took great care of me and my vehicle needs. From her suggestion of maintenance recommendations in my best interest, including work covered under warranty, she made it a totally positive experience. From setting the initial appointment, to selling me on value of OEM parts, to the coordination of dealer courtesy shuttle, she took care of my needs in a caring, positive fashion, always with a smile.
