This was my first purchase from Honda and I was not disappointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Jeff and Guy. They went over and beyond providing exceptional customer service, were very knowledgeable and informative. Thanks to Jeff who did all that he could to completely satisfy me with my recent vehicle purchase in CoVID times/red/grey zone realities. There were alot of steps along the way and I had alot of questions and considerations. And guess what (?) it was not even a vehicle brand that Palladino is currently associated with. I also thank all the people involved behind Jeff as well - Shyla in finance - all the people in service etc. etc. Not sure what else to say. Jeff made things happen. He is a busy guy - catch him if you can lol.

Was a great experience. Took the time to satisfy what needed to be done with my vehicle. Came up with a great financing alternative to be able to afford an addition. People tried their best to ensure that I was completely satisfied as a customer. No hastles or excuses just getting things done right. The customer service at Honda is outstanding. They go out of the way to accommodate by providing shuttles or loaner vehicles. They have given me a discount multiple times on service. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

As a first time car owner, they made me feel very comfortable with what I was getting into in regards to car payments. They made sure that all questions that were asked were answered in a way that anyone can understand. Overall an amazing experience. Great service with Honda plus, towing company and dealership. One little side note, I would have appreciated being reminded that there are more than one client in the shuttle. I had not even considered it until I was picked up and regretted not having made other arrangements with a member of my household to pick up my vehicle. Maybe a small reminder by text about that would have helped. Just a suggestion. The driver was excellent so no complaints whatsoever.
