Fantastic experience selecting a new vehicle. Kelly Prior was very helpful and everyone was very friendly. We felt welcome right from the beginning, and it made our decision much easier.

We had a very good experience at SMP. From the first phone call from Shelby inviting us to come in for a test drive (after I had inquired online), to getting the rundown from a knowledgeable sales person (Jilene Allen), to meeting old friends in finance (Brandon Snowsell) and signing the papers. It was smooth and efficient and we came away with a great vehicle for a great price.

We had a very good experience at SMP. I loved purchasing my car at SMP. Everyone is super helpful and very friendly. They made my experience buying my first car easy and they helped me understand what the process is. They also told me everything I needed to know about it and to this day they are very good at helping me keep it up to date with reminders of the services it needs. I just bought my third vehicle from SMP. They helped me purchase two work vans for my company and then I purchased a 2016 Malibu for myself. It's a great car! Plus the staff there were very helpful. Jami handled most of my sale (and was very pleasant and professional), her sister Jilene was also very helpful, and Brandon took care of the numbers as usual (keeping within my budget). I highly recommend these guys!
