SMP helped me buy my First. Ever. Brand. New. Vehicle. What a whirl wind I had made it. However, Krista made it happen. She searched high and low and pulled some rabbits out of hats and got my a brand new equinox. Everything I wanted. couldnt have asked for better serrvice!

Great Sales staff. The guy I dealt with Danny was awesome! To the point and honest, love it! No lame sales techniques that waste your time. He was smart and knew everything about the vehicle. The service department is terrible though, stay far away from them. You will go in for an oil change and leave with weird things wrong. One friend had a new car, went it for oil change, left and all of the sudden she was low on brake fluid. That's a sealed system, unless there is a leak which there was not as we took it to another garage! Seems like someone decided to drain a bit for another high priced service call if you ask me. The garage we took it to, whom I won't name, said they stay in business because of Ford cars and SMP service department, those two thing provide the majority of this other garages customer. I can see it. A new car is $40,000, a new car built part by part is $400,000. Need to maintain that cashflow! Very sketchy on service. but the sales is great!
