Professional and playful.

Ellis did a great job explaining the differences between the HR-V and CR-V. After the test drive we knew we wanted the CR-V. We negotiated and ended up buying his demo. We got the accessories that we wanted and were able to remove the running boards that made it difficult for me to get out of the car. Everyone was professional and played along with my husband's silliness:)

Went for an oil change. Counter person was very friendly. She was personable and expedient. The maintenance team went above and beyond by resetting my tire pressure.

vehicle was ready prior to promised time. there was a call back for the transmission and this was also properly fixed. the service attendant made you feel comfortable. very likeable.
