Very Unprofessional behaviour by salesperson. My car was being appraised and without my consent taken for a test drive. I’ve been to Honda dealerships in 3 different countries and never has this happened. One should ask permission before driving another person’s car.

Ritchie made the process of buying our 2023 Odyssey a breeze. Being we were from out of town we did a lot of the initial deal virtually. He worked hard to get us the best price for our trade in and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted when it came to the final purchase. I’m giving a one star because of John in Service. I’ve been taking my vehicle there for many years and dealing with him is difficult. He is so slow and I end up sitting there for 1/2 hour waiting to get checked in and this is everytime. I’ve gone up and spoken with him and he just tells me he will get to me when he has time. I make an appointment for a certain time, I have other appointments I need to so this becomes extremely frustrating. Every other person in there who doesn’t deal with John gets prompt service and they are on their way. I will be asking for someone else to deal with from now on.
