This is the best dealership store I have ever been to. Most of the dealership either rip you off or just don't care what your real needs are. However, at Sherwood Honda, they know what they are doing and they will try their best to fit your needs. Especially nowadays, people has more options to chose, the reason they maintain the higher rating score, is because of their customer service skill, problem solving skills are top notch. I would recommand everyone to look for Jesse, he is very professional and honest. the whole process from trade in to get the new vehicle was very smooth and beyond my expectations. Jesse took care of everything, we were very appreciative and feel so lucky for finding Jesse as our sales person as it's so hard to find such great sales person nowadays.

My entire experience with Sherwood Honda was fantastic, in buying my new Honda Pilot. Specifically, Parth Gandhi (Peter) made my experience very smooth. Parth was very professional and knowledgeable and very transparent in explaining the vehicle and price. He is very patient and humble, and satisfied us with each and every questions. I would highly recommend this place and Specifically Parth (Peter) for amazing experience.

Deceiving tactic and scam. The finance lady is running a scam. If you take extended warranty and protection worth $5999 then your interest rate from bank will be 8.99% or else if you decline then your rate is 11.99%. What kind of business ethics and honesty you people have with such shameful tactics. Shame on the dealership owners. I will surely file a dispute with AMVIC.

I usually don't leave reviews but, the service from sales and financing whilst getting my used car was great. However parts and services is a different story. I called ask about a catch can, the guy who runs the desk picked up and told me that they don't do it, and then he hung up on me after telling me no. I was supposed to get a call back about a tire appointment, I have been waiting 1 month so far. Also they didn't do an oil change after I got my car a month ago. It had been 8 months prior to when I bought the car when they changed it last. The parts lady scolded me for not understanding my maintenance warning telling me to bring it in. It's a big money grab, if they don't properly service my car, I'm not coming back to the dealership ever again.

previous great sales. no nonsense. friendly, Richie. appreciate service, customer focused Melissa. smart tidy waiting room. tasty complementary coffee. e-mailed invoices, shuttle service. &got a free baby plant cutting! this is obviously a family business and you can 100% tell. they have a shuttle service that is well done. i had two great drivers, Wayne and Betty. This service is absolutely a convenience that you cant find anymore. It speaks volumes that the company still cares enough about its customers to work hard and provide shuttle to and from work or home. thank you for this, and its another example of how I feel car dealerships should be done. i tell all friends and family, this is the only place to buy a car.
