We are not happy with our recent vehicle purchase. Since purchasing our 2023 Honda Pilot on May 30, we have now had the check engine light, along with a power reduction warning, appear on 2 separate occasions. We were assured that the issue was resolved after the first incident. It now appears that that was not the case and that the first repair was some sort of temporary or stop-gap repair. After the second occurrence, we were told that it will be 6 weeks before our vehicle is actually repaired. Obviously, we are skeptical that the repair this time will be any more permanent than it was last time. We cannot afford to risk the safety of our family on a vehicle that spends as much time at your repair facilities with major issues as it does in our possession. To be clear, this vehicle is 3 months old. The issue first occurred on June 22, less than a month after purchase and jus 1.300 km It was "repaired" on July 4, only to have the same issue reoccur on Aug 14. This time we had to wait 10 days to get the vehicle in to see a technician (on August 24), only to be told that the vehicle was not driveable (the issue is with the fuel system) and no repair was possible for 5 to 6 weeks with no explanation as to why (we assume because of a parts backorder, but this was not communicated to us). In place of our new Pilot, we were provided a very used, very small car, which was later replaced with a small SUV (Ford Escape) of somewhat more recent vintage but that still does not completely replace our vehicle - we bought the size of vehicle we did because we need it. We are very concerned that we have purchased a vehicle with ongoing defects, and/or that the Service Team at Sherwood Honda is not able to adequately diagnose or repair the issue(s) with this vehicle. While we understand that supply chain issues are impacting a significant number of things these days, it seems ridiculous that we are being made to wait 6 weeks (perhaps more, on top of the time we already invested in the initial repair in June/July!) for a repair to our NEW vehicle that is currently undrivable - this is almost half the time we were supposed to have owned it! Honda's reliability and customer service are legendary and this is not the experience we expected when we purchased the vehicle. Having a recurring issue with the fuel system of our new Pilot has left us very concerned about the reliability and our future use of the vehicle. We are appalled with the way Sherwood Honda has handled this matter - we did not expect to have to put so much effort into getting what feels like the bare minimum from them. We feel pushed around and that our concerns are down-played, resulting in the same issue occurring again, this time with significant impacts to our lives and what should have been the enjoyment of our new Honda. In our opinion, this does not meet the brand image that Honda represents and we are extremely disappointed in the service provided by Sherwood Honda.

Excellent service from a responsive dynamic team. Addressed my urgent service need with professionalism, understanding and support. Darcy the service advisor goes beyond expectations in accommodating the client. Darin the manager, open to recieving input from clients that would enhance the clients experince. Recommend Sherwood Honda for your vehicles maintenance.

I recently did a simple enquiry online as to the interest rates on 2 vehicles from this dealership. After a lengthy text conversation I was told to come in and do an application before they could tell me advertised rates . Since this time there has been alot of pressure as to why I am not buying a vehicle from them .I was supposed to recieve a call from the manager about this issue which a rep suggested but to this day I have not received that call . Today I get a text message again asking basically why am I not trading my vehicle and that now Is a great time to buy . I bought before from this place and it was a dream experience but not anymore , stay far away from Sherwood honda now .
