Very unprofessional dealing!! I am very unhappy with their business dealings. They promised many things that would be free, but when it came to the final signing of the papers and payment, they charged for all the things they promised to be free.

Before booking my car (3.5l Honda engine) in I called 2 times to confirm the price for a "Timing belt kit" as suggested by the service tech $1350 (even confirmed each part that they would be replacing with the kit). Turns out they are Selling you a False Sense of Security, they are not replacing all of your timing belt components just parts they think may fail. I received an electronic quote after getting my car in and the service tech Tyler was pressuring me to sign the quote, the quote now for the timing belt kit was $1690. But wait, the tech now says the water pump does not need to be done so the price now is $2,005.28. Even after not replacing parts price goes up??? I booked my vehicle in a week and a half previous they said oh ya, we don't have parts in stock your car will have to stay. I went and picked up my car, had to pay $190 to get it out. Called service manager Darin De Prato to seek a resolution as I still needed my car repaired, he was going to look into it and give me an all in price to complete the work. Its been 6 days now, no call back. Apparently not everyone is a valued customer.

Mr. Amanpreet (Aman) Singh made my visit to Sherwood Honda a most pleasurable experience. He was patient and very knowledgeable to answer all my questions. I am quite pleased with my new CRV and Aman has a lot to do with my not needing to go elsewhere. I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Honda product, and by all means, ask for Aman.

09/25/23 Tyler went above and beyond with customer service. Explained to me that there was a free inspection, and the airbag recall. I appreciated the car seat and steering wheel wrap as I am a meticulous customer for my 2000 Honda Civic. I did not receive a free car wash but that's okay I didn't expect anyone to want to bother with a rattle can job paint. When I came to pick up my vehicle a service advisors beside Tyler's desk told me to go to service. I go to service and the older lady working there said it's not ready yet. Not much empathy going on here with this lady as she didn't really give me any solutions. I go sit down then after a few minutes I go back to Tyler's desk and he tells me he's just wrapping up and he'll be a few moments. I once again am being sent back to the waiting room. Tyler comes back and explains what my paperwork is then I am back with the previous lady. Once again she just doesn't seem to have a clue on solving any problems whatsoever. She even asked if another key fob was mine. Lady, they have tags read them! -Facepalm- I ask for Tyler to come back and we solve it together. I swear the lady there is useless. It wasn't entirely her fault but apparently she has 0 problems solving skills. "I don't know what to do." Is not an answer you give a customer. "Let me get get someone who can help you." Instead of staring at your papers and basically throwing your hands in the air doing nothing. The fact that I had to solve the problem for her is embarassing and a little sad. I won't be back for this kind of service. Thanks again Tyler for solving this situation I am very grateful to you. Thank you for the compliments technicians. Would've been awesome to meet and see all your reactions.

I visited Sherwood Park Honda for the first time today and was greeted by a friendly salesman named Mark. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and even went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. If you go to Sherwood Park Honda I highly suggest speaking to Mark!

Disclaimer: I did not buy a vehicle but I sure was planning to. Disclaimer: Cody the sales manager fixed this but you should read below I was looking at cheaper versions of a specific car they had for sale. I inquired to see if they’d be willing to lower their price to the other unit I saw. It was a legitimate offer. You’d think I’d get a yes or no response? Andy Gupta wanted my ID and credit card before he’d take the offer to “my boss” I’m not sure what the harm was in them telling me they’d accept an offer AND THEN ask for my CC and ID. But they wanted it before they’d give me a response. Unbelievable.

Extremely Disappointed with #HONDA#SHERWOODHONDA#PILOTTRAILSPORT. On May 31 2023 we purchased a 2023 Honda Pilot trailsport from #HONDA#SHERWOODHONDA and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Here's why: 1. Reliability Issues: with only 1.300 KM, this car has been already twice for repair due a engine light on in both opportunities, at this moment my car is not drivable due a safety concern, and the parts to fix our car are back order since Aug. 24, also the driver front window isn't rolling down correctly. This is not what you expect from a brand new car that cost over $70.000 after all their charges. 2. Poor Customer Service: Dealing with #HONDA #SHERWOODHONDA customer service has been frustrating, to say the least. Their response to my complaints has been slow, unclear, and unhelpful. It feels like they're not taking my concerns seriously. The solution they offered us was to do a trade in (off course) or bring our car into another dealership and start the repair process from the bigging. 3. Inaccurate diagnostic :#sherwoodhonda has multiple inconsistences on the reports we get from them on what is really going on with our car and when we ask them the why to all the incongruences the response is blaming their technicians, leaving us without any clear information on what is going on. 4. Safety Concerns: We are genuinely concerned about the safety of this vehicle that is been for a repair twice due the same issue. This is unacceptable for a brand-new car. 5. Resale Value Nightmare: Given the litany of problems I've experienced, I'm worried about the resale value of this car. Who would want to buy a vehicle from #honda#sherwoodhonda with such a terrible track record on CARFAX? In conclusion, We regret our decision to purchase a car from #honda#sherwoodhonda. This experience has been stressful and time-consuming. I strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from them to think twice and explore other options. This has been a costly mistake, and I hope my review helps others avoid a similar fate.
