We felt welcomed from the moment we entered. Our sales representative AMAN spent all the time needed to answer all our questions to complete our purchase. He worked with me to find a financing option that fit my budget, Very well informed and service minded sales personnel, especially AMAN, I BOUGHT a honda accord , everything went smooth as expected and im very thankful for the approval of finance and for fast delivery as promised. Warning, this is a dealership that preys on folks who aren't "mechanically inclined". Friend came in here for service and she got quoted $1400 for spark plugs on a J35Z8 (and only spark plugs, I reviewed the quote). Those 6 plugs are $50 on RockAuto or $70 at Canadian Tire for NGKs (Honda quoted $400 for OEM). Are your techs so incompetent it takes $1000 in labour for 6 spark plugs? I did it for her instead. Absolute crooks.

I recently moved from Ontario to Edmonton and was looking for a reliable family car which is all wheel drive as well. I checked acura rdx 2020 at sherwood honda and luckily I met the best salesman Aman at the dealership who didn’t ignored my requirements whether its about the vehicle i am trading in or the one I am buying from him. This deal has happened to be the best deal till date for me because of Aman’s intelligence, his fair pricing on my trade and especially a huge discount on the Acura RDX i bought from him. Not to forget, Shibani the finance director gave me the lowest intrest possible for a used 2020 model car which deserves applause. She is very smart and a very good deal maker when it comes to make a deal with the financing company and making the customer happy. Overall experience at the dealership is 100/10 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 wish i could give more stars because of these 2 professionals🙏🏼🙏🏼 If you both read the review, thank you guys for making this happen😊😊

I bought the Honda CRV from this place And with free oil change and other extended warranty But unfortunately I moved the another city in alberta and they refused to move their service with another dealership Which is totally not acceptable They are misguided to the buyers when you purchase the brand new vehicle Offer you and force to signup the others additional packages and pull out more money from your wallet. There all new buyers, please double check their offer and whether it’s transferred Otherwise you lost your money All smart sales people never told the backyard business Not recommend for any free or paid services for any additional stuff
